مطالعه ساختار تشریحی ساقه و فلاونوئیدهای موجود در گونه های Dianthus از میخک تیره Caryophyllaceae در استان خراسان رضوی

چکیده انگلیسی:

The genus Dianthus L. belongs to Caryophyllaceae family. This family has 300 species in the world. Accordingto Flora Iranica report, Dianthus comprising 24 species in Iran, among which two species are endemic flora ofKhorasan Razavi Province. In the present research, stem anatomy of populations of three species, D.binaludensis, D. polylipis and D.crinitus were compared using sectioning and microscopic studies. Also petalflavonoides of these three species were studied using HPLC method. The results showed that use of quantitativeand qualititative characters of stem anatomy and chemical factors can be useful in distinguishing and separatingthe studied species.
