اثر محلولپاشی با متانول و اتانول بر خصوصیات مورفوفیزیولوژیکی نعناع فلفلی

چکیده مقاله :
استفاده از موادی از قبیل اتانول و متانول با افزایش تثبیت دی اکسید کربن می تواند به عنوان راه کاری مناسب برای بهبود عملکرد گیاهان مورد توجه قرار گیرد. در این پژوهش، اثر محلول پاشی متانول و اتانول بر رشد رویشی و کمیت اسانس گیاه دارویی نعناع فلفلی در شرایط مزرعه در قالب طرح بلوک های کامل تصادفی با 10 تیمار شامل محلول پاشی غلظت های 10، 20، 30 و 40% حجمی متانول و اتانول، آب مقطر و بدون محلول پاشی ارزیابی شد. در بیشتر صفات، محلول پاشی با اتانول و متانول در مقایسه با شاهد اثرات مثبتی نشان داد. نقش مثبت متانول در عرض برگ، طول بلندترین شاخه جانبی و تعداد برگ بارزتر بود و اتانول بر صفات تعداد شاخه، بازده اسانس، وزن تر و خشک شاخساره اثر مثبتی داشت. در کل، اتانول 20 و 30% و متانول 10 و 30% جزو بهترین تیمارها در صفات مورد ارزیابی بودند. بیشترین بازده اسانس در تیمار متانول 10% و غلظت های 20 و 30% اتانول دیده شد و برای بهبود صفات مربوط به برگ و شاخساره متانول 30% مناسب تر بود. بنابراین با توجه به قیمت پایین و قابلیت دسترسی به متانول در مقایسه با اتانول، برای افزایش بازده اسانس و صرفه جویی در مصرف الکل، استفاده از متانول 10% و برای افزایش عملکرد تجاری نعناع فلفلی استفاده از متانول 30% قابل توصیه است.
چکیده انگلیسی:
Using of substances such as ethanol and methanol can be considered as a way to improve plants yield helping carbon dioxide fixation increment. The effect of methanol and ethanol spraying on growth and essential oils of peppermint has been studied in field conditions based on randomized complete block design with 10 treatments including spraying with 10, 20, 30 and 40% methanol and ethanol, distilled water and no spraying.There was an enhancingeffect of ethanol and methanol spraying on most of studied traits.Methanol had positive effect on leaf number, longest lateral branch length and leaf width. Also, ethanol increased essential oils content, shoot fresh and dry weight and lateral shoot number. In general, the best treatments effecting on plant traits were ethanol 20 and 30% and methanol 10 and 30%. The highest essential oils content was observed at 10% of methanol 10 – 30% of ethanol. To foliar improvement, 30% of methanol was the most suitable treatment. Therefore,with economic and availability considerations, methanol would be recommendable formore essential oils contentachievement. Also, for the best peppermint business performance, 30% methanol could be applicable.
