چکیده مقاله :
هدف این تحقیق، بررسی رابطه هوش و اعتماد سازمانی با اثربخشی و سلامت روان در مدیران مدارس می باشد. جامعه آماری تحقیق حاضر را تمامی مدیران مدارس متوسطه شهر کرمانشاه تشکیل میدادند که از بین آنها 74 نفر به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای پژوهش عبارت بودند از: پرسشنامه هوش سازمانی، پرسشنامه اعتماد سازمانی، پرسشنامه اثربخشی، و پرسشنامه سلامت روان. روش تحقیق حاضر، از نوع توصیفی _ همبستگی بود و برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون چند متغیره استفاده شد. یافتههای تحقیق نشان دادند که همبستگی مثبت و معنا داری بین اعتماد و سلامت روان وجود دارد، یعنی هر چه اعتماد کارکنان به سازمانشان افزایش یابد، سلامت روان بیشتری دارند. همچنین ارتباط مثبت معناداری بین « سرنوشت مشترک » و « روحیه » با « اثربخشی» وجود دارد. بدین ترتیب که با افزایش « سرنوشت مشترک »، « روحیه » و « اثربخشی » نیز افزایش مییابد و با کاهش آنها، « اثربخشی» نیز کاهش مییابد.
The purpose of this research was to investigate the realationship between organizational intelligence and trust with effectiveness and mental health in high schools’ principals.Our statistical population included all high schools’ principals of Kermanshah.74 people were selected through simple random sampling. The instruments utilized were: Organizational Intelligence Questionnaire, Organizational Trust Questionnaire, Effectiveness Questionnaire, and Mental Health Questionnaire.The research is a type of descriptive – correlation study. A statistical modle of multiple – variable regression and Pearson correlation coefficient has been used. The results indicate that there is meaningful positive relation between trust and mental health. In the way that, by increasing principals’ trust, the mental health will increase too. Also, there is meaningful relation between common fate and spirit with effectiveness. In the way that, by increasing the common fate, the spirit and effectiveness will increase and vice versa.
