اثر گیاه دارویی پنج انگشت (Vitex agnus-castus) بر عملکرد، فراسنجه های خونی، سیستم ایمنی، جمعیت میکروبی و ریخت سنجی روده جوجه های گوشتی

آزمايش حاضر به منظور بررسی اثرات پودر گیاه پنج انگشت (Vitex agnus-castus) بر عملکرد، فراسنجه های خونی، سیستم ایمنی، جمعیت میکروبی و ریخت سنجی روده جوجه های گوشتی انجام شد. جهت انجام آزمایش از 300 قطعه جوجه نر یکروزه نژاد راس 308 در قالب یک طرح کاملا تصادفی با 4 تیمار و 5 تکرار که هر تکرار حاوی 15 جوجه بود، استفاده شد. تیمار های آزمایشی به ترتیب شامل 1) شاهد با جیره پایه (فاقد افزودنی)، 2) جیره شاهد + 1% پودر پنج انگشت، 3) جیره شاهد + 2% پودر پنج انگشت و 4) جیره شاهد + 3% پودر پنج انگشت بودند. نتایج نشان داد خوراک مصرفی، وزن نهایی و افزایش وزن تیمارهای حاوی 2 و 3 درصد پنج انگشت نسبت به شاهد افزایش معنی داری داشتند (01/0P<). غلظت کلسترول در تیمار های حاوی 2 و 3 درصد پنج انگشت کاهش معنی داری با شاهد داشت (05/0P<). عرض پرز روده جوجه هایی که از 2 و 3 درصد پنج انگشت تغذیه کرده بودند، افزایش معنی داری با شاهد داشت (05/0P<). بطور کلی نتایج نشان داد که استفاده از 3 درصد پودرپنج انگشت در جیره جوجههای گوشتی کارایی بالاتری را در بهبود عملکرد رشد، تقویت سیستم ایمنی و بهبود جمعیت میکروبی روده داشت.
The present experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of V. agnus-castus powder on the performance, blood parameters, immune system, microbial population and intestinal morphology of broiler chickens. To conduct the experiment, 300 one-day-old male chickens of ROSS 308 strain were used in the form of a completely random design with 4 treatments and 5 replicates, with each replicate containing 15 chickens. The experimental treatments were, respectively: 1) control with basic diet (without additives), 2) basic diet + 1% V. agnus-castus powder, 3) basic diet + 2% V. agnus-castus powder, and 4) basic diet + 3% V. agnus-castus powder. The results showed that the feed intake, final weight and weight gain of the treatments containing 2 and 3% of V. agnus-castus had a significant increase compared to the control (P<0.01). Cholesterol concentration in the treatments containing 2 and 3% V. agnus-castus had a significant decrease compared to the control (P<0.05). The width of the intestinal villi of the chickens that were fed with 2 and 3% V. agnus-castus had a significant increase compared to the control (P<0.05). In general, the results showed that the use of 3% V. agnus-castus powder in the broiler diet had a higher efficiency in improving the growth performance, strengthening the immune system and improving the intestinal microbial population.
