اثر شوری بر خصوصیات جوانهزنی و رشد گیاهچه گیاهان دارویی هوفاریقون و قدومه شیرازی

چکیده مقاله :
بهمنظور بررسی خصوصیات جوانهزنی و رشد گیاهچه دو گیاه دارویی قدومه و هوفاریقون تحت تنش شوری، آزمایشی در قالب طرح کاملا تصادفی با فاکتور شوری (کلرید سدیم) در 6 سطح (0، 2، 4، 6، 8 و 10 دسیزیمنس بر متر) و چهار تکرار، در آزمایشگاه علوم زراعی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد دامغان در سال 1391 انجام گرفت. تنش شوری اثر معنیداری بر کلیه صفات مورد مطالعه داشت. در هر دو گیاه، تحت تأثیر تنش شوری، درصد و سرعت جوانهزنی، وزن تر و خشک ریشهچه و ساقهچه، نسبت وزن خشک ریشهچه به ساقهچه، طول ریشهچه و ساقهچه، بنیه بذر، شاخص تحمل به شوری بهطور معنیداری کاهش و میانگین زمان جوانهزنی افزایش یافت. اکثر پارامترهای اندازهگیری شده، در هوفاریقون در سطوح پایینتر شوری، بهطور معنیداری دچار کاهش شدند. اما در قدومه، برخی از صفات مانند طول ساقهچه و وزن تر و خشک ریشهچه و وزن تر و خشک ساقهچه در سطوح اولیه شوری تفاوت معنیداری نسبت به شاهد نشان ندادند ولی در شوریهای شدیدتر دچار کاهش معنیداری گردیدند. شاخص تحمل به شوری در هوفاریقون در مقایسه با قدومه، در سطح شوری پایینتر در مقایسه با شاهد دچار کاهش معنیداری شد و میتوان نتیجه گرفت، هوفاریقون نسبت به شوری حساستر میباشد ولی قدومه تحمل نسبتا خوبی در برابر تنش شوری به خصوص سطوح پایینتر و ضعیفتر شوری دارا میباشد.
