بررسی رفتار مسیریابی مراجعین کتابخانه مرکزی دانشگاه تهران با استفاده از سیستم اطلاعات مکانی

چکیده مقاله :
هدف: این تحقیق با هدف شناخت رفتار مسیریابی کاربران از ورودی ساختمان کتابخانه با استفاده از مشاهده هدفمند و همچنین شناخت پر ترددترین مسیرها برای تعیین مکانهای بازاریابی خدمات در کتابخانه مرکزی دانشگاه تهران با استفاده از نرمافزار سیستم اطلاعات مکانی انجام شده است. روش پژوهش: این تحقیق با روش تجربی و با استفاده از یک سیاهه وارسی از طریق مشاهده مستقیم مسیرهای تردد مراجعین از درب ورودی طبقه همکف و ورودی پلههای طبقه اوّل، درکتابخانه مرکزی دانشگاه تهران انجام شده است. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه کاربران و مراجعه کنندگان کتابخانه مرکزی دانشگاه تهران بودند. به جای نمونهگیری از خود کاربران، مدت زمانی گردآوری دادهها نمونهگیری شده است. بعد از تحلیل مسیرها و تعیین میزان تردد در هر مسیر مشخص با استفاده از نرمافزار آماری اسپیاساس، اطلاعات وارد نرمافزار آرکجیآیاس شد و پایگاه اطلاعات مکانی مسیرهای کاربران کتابخانه ایجاد شد و با استفاده از زبان ساختیافته جستوجوی پایگاه داده جستوجوی پرترددترین مسیرها انجام و نقشههایی از پلان کتابخانه که مسیرها بر روی آن مشخص شده بودند از نرمافزار استخراج گردید. یافتهها: در این تحقیق بیش از 360 مسیر ورودی مشاهده شد، اما تنها 5 مسیر مشخص توسط بیش از 50 درصد مراجعین همیشگی برای ورود به کتابخانه انتخاب شده بود. مسیر" درب ورودی کتابخانه، سپس رفتن به طبقه اوّل از سمت پلههای چپ"، با 7/25 درصد، به عنوان اولین مسیر پرتردد و مسیر "درب ورودی، مسئول کیفداری، کیفداری سمت راست و رفتن به طبقه اول از پلههای سمت راست"، با 2/25 درصد، به عنوان دومین مسیر پرتردد در طبقه همکف کتابخانه شناخته شده است که بیش از 50 درصد ترددها را به خود اختصاص داده است. همچنین مسیر "ورودی طبقه اوّل به سالن ابوریحان"، با 4/34 درصد به عنوان اوّلین مسیر پرتردد، مسیر "ورودی طبقه اوّل، راهرو زیراکس، سالن علوم و فنون"، با 3/9 درصد به عنوان دوّمین مسیر پرتردد و مسیر "ورودی طبقه اول، راهرو زیراکس، تالار انفورماتیک"، با 1/9 درصد به عنوان سوّمین مسیر پرتردد در طبقه اوّل ساختمان کتابخانه محسوب میشود که بیش از 52 درصد ترددها را در طبقه اوّل به خود اختصاص داده است. نتیجهگیری: با توجه به یافته ها، پرسنل کتابخانه میتوانند برای نقشه نگاری مسیرهای پرطرفدار از سیستم اطلاعات مکانی استفاده کنند و با استفاده از نتایج آن در جهت تبلیغات و بازاریابی بهتر خدمات و برنامههای کتابخانه عمل نمایند و سطح سهولت دستیابی به ناحیه ورودی کتابخانه جهت استفاده از منابع و خدماتی که ارائه میشود، را افزایش دهند.
Purpose: University libraries space and equipment design identifies the importance of understanding patron way finding behavior in the library. This study aimed to identify the user's navigation behavior using the library entrance and Recognized Locations in high-traffic routes for Marketing Services in The central library of Tehran University with Geospatial Information System software. Methodology: This study is an empirical method using a checklist through direct observation of client traffic routes from the entrance on the ground floor and first floor of the entrance stairs at the central library of Tehran University. Findings: More than 360 entry routes are observed during this study, but, only 5 of those routes are taken by over 50% of observed patrons as they enter the library. The "library entrance, then go down the stairs to the first floor of the left", with 25.7 of the first path and the path "entrance, the Employee locker bag Kit, Wardrobe right and go to the first floor to the right of the stairs.", with 25.2 percent, the second floor of the library is known more than 50 percent of the traffic is allocated. Also, the "first floor entrance hall, Aboryhan", with 34.4 of the first path, the "first floor entrance, hallway Xerox, Hall of Science and Technology", and 9.3% for the second path, and the path "the first floor entrance, corridor, Xerox, General Informatics ", the ninth of the third track on the first floor of the library building is that more than 52 percent of the traffic on the first floor is devoted to. Results also showed that the users input routing library building is somewhat stable and predictable. Conclusion: Geospatial Information System has been introduced as tools for graphically displaying library and information science data. Library personnel can use geospatial information system to map the most popular routes and using those result increase the level of way finding ease in the entry areas of the library and to strategically market library materials and services.
