بررسی عوامل تسهیل کننده به اشتراک گذاری دانش در سازمان آب و فاضلاب استان سیستان و بلوچستان

چکیده مقاله :
محصولات و خدمات تولید شده توسط سازمانها به چگونگی ترکیب و بکارگیری آنها بستگی دارد که این خود تابعی از دانش شرکت است. بنابراین، امروزه توانایی مدیریت دانش برای سازمانها اهمیت حیاتی دارد و خلق و تسهیم دانش به عوامل مهم رقابتی تبدیل شده اند. از اینـرو، شناخت عواملی که باعث تسهیل در پیادهسازی و به اشتراک گذاری دانش میگردد و نیز بکارگیـری ایـن عوامل، میتـواند یک نقشه و راهنما بـرای مدیـریت بهتر آن باشد. در این پژوهش، عوامل تسهیل کننده به اشتراک گذاری دانش در سازمان آب و فاضلاب استان سیستان و بلوچستان با استفاده از متغیرهای فناوری اطلاعات، استراتژی، ساختار و فرهنگ سازمانی، مورد بررسی قرار گرفتهاند. این تحقیق از نظر هدف کاربردی و به لحاظ روش اجرا یک تحقیق پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری تحقیق کارکنان سازمان آب و فاضلاب استان سیستان و بلوچستان می باشد و تعداد اعضای نمونه 92 نفر می باشند که با روش نمونهگیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. بهمنظور جمعآوری دادهها از ابزار پرسشنامه استفاده شد. تجزیه وتحلیل دادهها به روش آزمون تی تک نمونه ای با نرم افزار SPSS 19 و معادلات ساختاری با نرمافزار Lisrel8.5 انجام گرفت. بر اساس نتایج بدست آمده، چهار عامل مورد بررسی شامل متغیرهای فناوری اطلاعات، استراتژی، ساختار و فرهنگ سازمانی عوامل تسهیل کننده به اشتراک گذاری دانش در سازمان مورد بررسی می باشند.
The products and services produced by organizations depend on how they are combined and used, which is a function of the company's knowledge. Therefore, today, the ability to manage knowledge is vital for organizations, and knowledge creation and sharing have become important competitive factors. Therefore, recognizing the factors that facilitate the implementation and sharing of knowledge, as well as applying these factors, can be a blueprint and guide for better management. In this study, the factors facilitating knowledge sharing in the Water and Sewerage Organization of Sistan and Baluchestan Province have been studied using the variables of information technology, strategy, structure, and organizational culture. This research is survey research in terms of practical purpose and method. The statistical population of the study is the staff of Sistan and Baluchestan Water and Sewerage Organization and the number of sample members is 92 people who were selected by the available sampling method. A questionnaire was used to collect data. Data analysis was performed by a one-sample t-test with SPSS 19 software and structural equations with Lisrel 8.5 software. Based on the results, the four factors studied include the variables of information technology, strategy, organizational structure and culture, factors that facilitate knowledge sharing in the organization under study.
