چکیده مقاله :
هدف تحقیق، ارتباط اثربخشی مربیان با خلاقیت فردی ورزشکاران زورخانهای و نقش میانجی تعهد ورزشی بود. روش تحقیق توصیفی همبستگی که با استفاده از معادلات ساختاری انجام گردید. ورزشکاران زورخانهای به تعداد 396 نفر که در مسابقات سال1398شرکت نمودند پرسشنامههای مقیاس رهبری، اثربخشی مربیان، مقیاس تعهدورزشی، و خلاقیت فردی را تکمیل کردند. دادهها با استفاده از روشهای آمار توصیفی_استنباطی نظیر آزمون کشیدگی و چولگی، تحلیل عاملی تأییدی (روایی سازه) و تحلیل مسیر (مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری) با استفاده از نرم افزارهای Spss و Lisrel مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. نتایج نشان داد، اثربخشی مربیان بر تعهدورزشی تأثیرگذار و بالعکس بر خلاقیت تأثیری نداشت. همچنین تعهد ورزشی بر خلاقیت ورزشی ورزشکاران اثرگذار و ارتباط بین اثربخشی مربیان با خلاقیت را نیز میانجی میکند. بر اساس نتایج تحقیق پیشنهاد میشود مربیان ورزشهای زورخانهای با اتحاذ شیوه تصمیمگیری مناسب به ارتقاء اثربخشی، خلاقیت و تعهد ورزشی ورزشکاران پرداخته که از این طریق و باتوجه به اینکه در ورزشهای زورخانهای فضایل اخلاقی جایگاه والایی دارند، میتوانند موفقیتهای بیشتری را کسب نمایند.
چکیده انگلیسی:
The aim of this study was to link the effectiveness of coaches with the individual creativity of Zurkhaneh athletes and the mediating role of sports commitment. Descriptive correlation research method that was performed using structural equations. Zurkhaneh athletes number 396 people In the competitions of the year 1398 They had participated Leadership Scale Questionnaires, Effectiveness of trainers, Sports Commitment Scale, And complemented individual creativity. data With using Ways of Inferential descriptive statistics As Stretch test And skewness, Confirmatory factor analysis (Construct validity) And path analysis (Structural equation modeling) With Use From The software Spss and Lisrel Were analyzed. The results showed, The effectiveness of coaches on Sports commitment Effective And Conversely On Creativity Had no effect. Also Sports commitment On Athletes' sports creativity effective And The relationship between the effectiveness of coaches With Creativit Also Mediates. On Basis Research results Recommended Zurkhaneh sports coaches With Alliance Style decision Appropriate To Promotion Effectiveness, Creativity And sports commitment of athletes paid That From This Through And With Attention To that in Zurkhaneh sports Virtues Moral Place Subtlety have,
