اثربخشی آموزش سبک زندگی در رضایتمندی و فرسودگی زناشویی زنان متأهل شهر اصفهان

این پژوهش با هدف بررسی اثربخشی آموزش سبک زندگی در رضایتمندی و فرسودگی زناشویی زنان متأهل شهر اصفهان انجام شده است. روش پژوهش از نوع شبه آزمایشی همراه با گروه کنترل و پیش آزمون و پس آزمون است. جامعه آماری شامل تمامی زنان متأهل مراجعهکننده به فرهنگسرای خانواده شهر اصفهان در بهار سال 1395 میباشد که 30 نفر از آنها به شیوه نمونهگیری در دسترس انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل گمارده شده اند (هر گروه متشکل از 15 نفر). گروه آزمایش در طول 12 جلسه هفتگی، آموزش سبک زندگی را دریافت نمودند. ابزار سنجش بکار رفته در این پژوهش شامل، پرسشنامه رضایت زناشویی انریچ (1989) و پرسشنامه فرسودگی زناشویی پاینز(MBQ) (1996) میباشد که در دو مرحله پیشآزمون و پس آزمون در مورد گروه آزمایش و گواه اجرا شده است. دادهها از راه نرم افزار SPSS-21 و روش آماری تحلیل کواریانس تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. نتایج حاکی از آن است که آموزش سبک زندگی باعث افزایش رضایتمندی زناشویی و کاهش فرسودگی زناشویی میشود که این یافتهها در سطح 05/0P< معنادار است. با توجه به این یافتهها، میتوان از راه آموزش سبک زندگی به زوجین کمک کرد تا با اصلاح سبک زندگی خود، باعث غنی سازی زندگی مشترک خود شوند.
The aim of this study was to review the effectiveness of life style training on marital satisfaction and marital burnout among married women of Isfahan city. The research method was quasi-experimental with control group and pre-test and post-test. The population included all married women referred to the family community center in Isfahan in the spring of 2016. The sample size included 30 subjects chosen by convince sampling and randomly divided into control and experimental groups (n1=n2=15). The experimental group during 12 weekly sessions, received lifestyle training. All participants completed, Enrich Marital Satisfaction Questionnaire (1989) and Pines Marital Burnout Questionnaire (MBQ) (1996) as pre-test and post-test. Data were analyzed by covariance in SPSS-21. Results showed that lifestyle training increases marital satisfaction and reduces marital burnout and the findings were significant (P<0/05). According to the findings, couples can enrich their life by reforming their lifestyle through life style training.
