مقایسه سلامت روان، بهزیستی روانشناختی و عزت نفس زنان و دختران در شیراز

چکیده مقاله :
پژوهشها نتایج متفاوتی را در خصوص مزیتهای ازدواج بر سلامت روان، بهزیستی روان شناختی افراد گزارش کردهاند. هدف پژوهش حاضر مقایسه سلامت روان، بهزیستی روانشناختی و عزت نفس زنان و دختران شهر شیراز بود. 390 شرکت کننده (195 زن و 195 دختر) به روش نمونه گیری در دسترس براساس متغیرهای سن و سطح تحصیلات همتاسازی و انتخاب شدند. شرکت کنندگان پرسشنامههای جمعیت شناختی، SCL90، بهزیستی روانشناختی ریف و فرم کوتاه پرسشنامه عزت نفس کوپر اسمیت (30 سوالی) را کامل کردند. برای تحلیل داده از روش توصیفی (میانگین و انحراف معیار) و آزمون مانوا و تی تست استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که تفاوت معناداری در سلامت روان، بهزیستی روانشناختی و عزت نفس زنان و دختران وجود داشت. یافتهها بیانگر این بود که سلامت روان و بهزیستی روانشناختی زنان پایینتر از دختران بود (P≤0/001) درحالیکه زنان از عزت نفس بالاتری برخوردار بودند(P≤0/001). براساس نتایج به دست آمده به نظر میرسد تاهل در زنان سلامت روانی و بهزیستی روانشناختی را کاهش داده اما عزت نفس آنان را بهبود بخشیده است.
