رابطه ارضاء نیازهای بنیادین روانشناختی وتابآوری با فرسودگی شغلی (مورد مطالعه: زنان شاغل دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد سبزوار)

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی رابطه ارضاء نیازهای بنیادین روان شناختی و تابآوری با فرسودگی شغلی زنان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی سبزوار انجام شد. پژوهش از نوع توصیفی- همبستگی است. جامعة پژوهش شامل تمامی زنان شاغل در دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی سبزوار در سال 1395 بود. 86 نفر از زنان به روش تمام شماری به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری داده ها از پرسشنامه های استاندارد نیازهای بنیادین روانشناختی دسی و ریان (BNSQ)، تابآوری کونور و دیویدسون(CD-RISC) و تحلیل رفتگی شغلی سینگ(SBI) استفاده گردید. تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS20 و به روشهای همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون چند متغیره، در سطح معناداری 05/0P< انجام شد. یافته های پژوهش نشان داد که بین متغیرهای ارضاء نیازهای بنیادین روانشناختی و تابآوری با فرسودگی شغلی رابطة منفی و معناداری وجود دارد. همچنین نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون مشخص کرد که متغیرهای ارضاء نیازهای بنیادین روانشناختی و تابآوری، 8/30 درصد تغییرات فرسودگی شغلی را پیشبینی میکنند. بنابراین با افزایش ارضاء نیازهای بنیادین روانشناختی و تابآوری، میتوان کاهش فرسودگی شغلی در زنان کاهش داد.
