واکاوی و کشف مدل های رفتار مبتنی برکار در کارکنان پلیس پیشگیری تهران: یک مطالعه کیفی

چکیده مقاله :
هدف پژوهش واکاوی مدل های رفتار مبتنی برکار در پلیس پیشگیری بود. روش پژوهش کیفی با رویکرد تحلیل مضامین به روش استقرایی بود. جامعه مورد مطالعه کارکنان پلیس پیشگیری تهران بود که با روش نمونه گیری هدفمند با توجه به ملاک های ورودی انتخاب شدند. تجارب افراد با ابزار مصاحبه عمیق و نیمه ساختار یافته مورد بررسی قرار گرفت و داده ها با 31 مصاحبه به اشباع رسید. از تحلیل مصاحبه های جمع آوری شده کدکذاری و طبقه بندی انجام شد و مفهوم اصلی "مدل های رفتار کار " اکتشاف شد که در مرحله اول کدگذاری197 مضمون از متن مصاحبه ها استخراج شد. در مرحله دوم براساس سنخیت مفاهیم به دست آمده تعداد 67 مضمون انتزاع شد. در مرحله سوم 8 مضمون مدل رفتار کار بهباشی، سلامت ، اضطرابی / اجتنابی ، جاه طلب/ مسلط، افسرده، فرسوده و وابسته از آن استخراج شد. اعتبار سنجی داده ها با روش بازخورد مشارکت کنندگان و روش کدگذاران مستقل صورت گرفت. اعتباریابی مضامین با استفاده از روش گروه خبرگان انجام شد و معیارهایتعیین دقت و استحکام داده ها مورد بررسی وتایید قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان می دهد برخی از مدل های رفتاری مرتبط با کار در پلیس پیشگیری وجود دارد که سالم و یا نوروتیک می باشد که می تواند سطح انطباق پذیری، آسیب های روانی ناشی از شغل و بهروری را تحت تاثیر قرار دهد. بنابراین توجه به این عامل در تدوین برنامه ها و مداخلات آموزشی پیشگیرانه می تواند مورد توجه قرار گیرد.
The aim of the research was to analyze patterns based on work behavior n the prevention policy. The research method i was qualitative with an inductive theme analysis approach. The study population was the prevention police employees of Tehran and the participants were conducted with the purposeful sampling method on prevention police employees of Tehran . People's experiences were investigated with in-depth and semi-structured interview tools, and the data reached saturation with 31 interviews. From the analysis of the collected interviews, were done and the main concept of "patterns based on work behavior "was discovered, and in the first stage of coding, 197 themes were extracted from the text of the interviews. In the second stage, 67 themes were abstracted based on the obtained criteria. In the third stage, 8 themes of the well-being work behavior models,, health , anxious/avoidant , ambitious/dominant , depressed ,burnout , and dependent and obsessive were extracted from it. Validation of the data was done by the feedback method of the participants and the method of independent coders. Validation of the themes was done using the expert group method, and the criteria for determining the accuracy and robustness of the data were examined and confirmed. The results show that there are some behavioral models related to work which can affect the level of adaptability, psychological injuries caused by the job, and productivity. Therefore, paying attention to this effective factor in the formulation of preventive educational programs and interventions can be considered.
