تبیین اثرات شهرک های صنعتی بر کیفیت زندگی شاغلان روستایی شهرک ها (مورد: شهرک صنعتی شریف، شهرستان ابهر، استان زنجان)

چکیده مقاله :
ایجاد شهرکها و نواحی صنعتییکی از رویکردهای رایج صنعتی سازی در کشورها بوده که در جهت دگرگونی تکنولوژیک و در راستای بهبود کیفیت زندگی بویژه در نواحی روستایی مطرح گردیده که در نهایت شکوفایی و توسعه روستا و کل کشور را به همراه داشته است. پژوهش حاضر در جهت بررسی نقش شهرک صنعتیشریفبر کیفیت زندگی شاغلان روستایی در شهرک صنعتی شریف شهرستان ابهر (بخش مرکزی، دهستان حومه) بوده است، که در این راستا روش پژوهش به صورت توصیفی و تحلیلی بوده که در این راستا 7 شاخص آموزش، مشارکت، وضعیت مسکن، وضعیت الگوی مصرف، امنیت شغلی، تعلق اجتماعی و بیمه و تامین اجتماعی مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت که در این میان برای تعیین پایایی پرسشنامه از آزمون الفای کرونباخ در نرم افزارSpss استفاده شد که پایایی پرسشنامه برابر با 926/ بوده که در حقیقت موید پایایی بالای پرسشنامه بوده است، جامعه آماری شامل شاغلان روستاهای نمونه در شهرک صنعتی شریف بوده است و تعداد نمونه بر اساس فرمول کوکران برابر با 219 نفر شاغل بوده که با توجه به عدم دسترسی به تمامی افراد نمونه 50 درصد از شاغلان که برابر با 109 شاغل روستایی بوده، مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند و در ادامه برای تحلیل داده ها از نرم افزارSpss و آزمون Paired- Samples t- test برای ارزیابی کیفیت شاخص های مذکور در دو مقطع قبل و بعد اشتغال در شهرک صنعتی استفاده گردید که نتایج بیانگر ارتقاء و مطلوبیت شاخص های کیفیت زندگی شاغلان در تاثیر پذیری از شهرک صنعتی شریف بوده است.
creating settlements and industrial park is one of the most common industrialization approaches in countries that have been proposed for technological change in order to improve the quality of life, especially in rural areas which ultimately bring the prosperity and development of the village and the whole country. The present study was carried out to investigate the role of Sharif industrial parks on the quality of life of rural workers in this industry at the Abhar city, central district. In this regard, the research methodology was a library-survey (questionnaire) and seven indicators of education, participation, housing status, consumption pattern status, occupational safety, social belonging and insurance and social security were evaluated. In order to determine the reliability of the questionnaire, Cronbach's alpha test was used in SPSS software which showed a reliability of 926, a high reliability index. The statistical population consisted of the villages in Sharif industrial parks and the sample size according to Cochran formula was 219 employees. Due to the lack of access to all samples, just 50% of the employees, who were equal to 109 rural workers, were evaluated and then for data analysis SPSS software was used. Paired-Samples t-test was run to assess the quality of these indicators in the period of before and after employment in this industrial park. The results indicate that the quality of life indicators of the workers has been promoted and desirable under the influence of the Sharif industrial parks.
