    In recent years, the consequences resulting from human negligence and climate change have created many problems for the planet's inhabitants. In the meantime, these consequences have affected our country (Iran). Today we are witnessing an increase in natural disasters and atmospheric conditions such as drought, floods, storms, and heat waves. Over the past four decades considering the development of remote sensing technology and accessibility to satellite imagery for the users, it is advisable to use this technology to identify and manage the effects of natural events timely. Radar remote sensing provides a new tool for mapping, geology, mineralogy, and mineral exploration and determines the geotechnical hazard and crisis management. Therefore, the journal aims to help raise awareness in the scientific field and in the field of remote sensing and GIS, to help scholars to publish their articles related to the subject of journal across the country and globally.
