بررسی تأثیر ناب بودن بر بهره وری فناوری اطلاعات در صنعت بانکداری ایران

چکیده مقاله :
فناوری اطلاعات سازمانها اغلب به دلیل عدم شناخت صحیح و به هنگام مشکلات، و عدم اقدام به موقع برای رفع آنها، دارای معوقه هایی هستند که به کاهش کیفیت تصمیم گیری و در نتیجه عدم بهره وری بهینه از منابع منجر می شود. از طرف دیگر فلسفه ناب نگرشی سودمند است که در آن تلاش می شود اتلاف به حداقل برسد و حداکثر بهره وری از تسهیلات، منابع انسانی و سرمایه به دست آید. تئوری ناب هنگامی که برای اطلاعات، سیستم های اطلاعاتی و فناوری اطلاعات سازمان به کار رود، بهره وری سازمان را با حذف ضایعات در مدیریت فناوری اطلاعات، ارتقا می بخشد. هدف از انجام تحقیق حاضر بررسی تأثیر ناب بودن بر بهره وری فناوری اطلاعات در حوزه بانکداری است. که از لحاظ روش، توصیفی و پیمایشی و با هدف کاربردی انجام می پذیرد. جامعه آماری این تحقیق شامل کارشناسان بخش فناوری اطلاعاتِ صنعت بانکداری سراسر کشوراست، که از جامعه ای متشکل از260 نفر با استفاده از روش کرجسی و مورگان، نمونه ای 156 نفره برای پاسخ گویی به پرسشنامه های مطرح شده انتخاب گردیده است. پس از تحلیل اطلاعات با روش تحلیل عاملی تأییدی و ارائه نتایج، میزان تأثیر عوامل مؤثر بر ناب سازی در روند ارتقای اجزای فناوری اطلاعات مثبت و مؤثر ارزیابی شد و در این میان طراحی مناسب فرایندهای اطلاعاتی به عنوان مهمترین عامل مؤثر بر ناب بودن فناوری اطلاعات شناخته شد.
The information technology often have delays since they have been established in the organizations, and reduce the prioritization and decision making methods, also it is a barrier to the best benefits of productivity in this domain. On the other hand, the lean philosophy is a useful attitude to minimize the loss and maximize the productivity of facilities, human resources and investment. Using the lean theory in information technology systems, the wastage will be deceased and productivity will be promoted. This study investigated the role of the effective factors in being lean on IT productivity in banking domain. The research method was descriptive-survey. The statistical population included the experts in banking domain in Iranian banking industry which included 260 people, out of which 156 people were chosen as the sample size, using Morgan’s table. Using confirmatory factor analysis, the results showed that the factors had a positive effect on promoting the trend of being lean. The most effective factors were the proper designing of information processes of IT.
