چکیده مقاله :
فرهنگ بهره وری بستری مناسب برای تغییر و تحول طیف وسیعی از عملکردهای سازمانی(مدیران و کارکنان) را فراهم می آورد. هدف پژوهش حاضر طراحی و ارائه مدل شناخت، سنجش و آسیب شناسی فرهنگ بهره وری در شرکت ملی مناطق نفت خیز جنوب می باشد. پژوهش حاضر در دو فاز طراحی مدل با استفاده از روش دلفی (جامعه آماری، خبرگان دانشگاه و شرکت ملی مناطق نفت خیز جنوب) و سنجش و آسیب شناسی مدل (جامعه آماری، کارشناسان شرکت ملی مناطق نفت خیز جنوب) انجام گرفته است. ابزار جمع آوری داده ها، مشاهدات پژوهشگر، مصاحبه های اکتشافی و استفاده از پرسش نامه محقق ساخته بود. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده از آمار توصیفی و استنباطی (ضریب هماهنگی کندال و آزمون تی استیودنت) استفاده شد. در پایان فاز اول پژوهش، 4 متغیر ارزش ها، نگرش ها، هنجارها و نمادهای سازمانی به همراه 14 بعد و 41 مؤلفه به عنوان عوامل مدل فرهنگی جهت توسعه بهره وری استخراج و ارائه شد. در فاز سنجش و آسیب شناسی مدل نیز نتایج نشان داد که بین وضعیت موجود و وضعیت مطلوب کلیه ابعاد و مؤلفه های مدل طراحی شده جهت توسعه فرهنگ بهره وری در شرکت ملی مناطق نفت خیز جنوب فاصله معناداری وجود دارد. در پایان نیز پیشنهادهایی جهت بهبود وضعیت موجود متغیرها، ابعاد و مؤلفه های آن ارائه شده است.
The culture of productivity provides the bedrock for the reformation of a wide range of organizational functions (managers and employees). The purpose of the present study was to design a model for identification, measurement and pathology of productivity culture in the National Oil Company of the South. The study was carried out in two phases of Model Design via the Delphi method and measurement and pathology of the proposed Model. The data collection instruments comprised a researcher-made questionnaire, observations by the researchers and exploratory interviews. The data required for the Model Design phase were collected from the research population comprising the experts from the University and the National Oil Company of the South and those needed for the measurement and pathology of the Model were gleaned from the experts from the National Oil Company of the South. The data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics, Kendal Coefficient and Student T-test. At the end of the first phase of the research, four variables of values, attitudes, norms and organizational symbols, along with 14 dimensions and 41 components were extracted as factors of Cultural Model for exploiting productivity. Further, the Measurement and Pathology of the Model showed significant differences between existing situations of all proposed dimensions and components and their desirable condition. A number of suggestions will be made as how to improve the status of the variables, dimensions, and components.
