بررسی رابطه بین رفتار شهروندی سازمانی و تعهد سازمانی ( مطالعه موردی : شرکت فرد آذربایجان )

چکیده مقاله :
این مقاله به بررسی رابطه بین رفتار شهروندی سازمانی و تعهد سازمانی میان کارکنان شرکت فرد آذربایجان ارومیه می پردازد. رفتار شهروندی سازمانی شامل هفت طبقه کلی: جوانمردی، رفتارهای کمکی (ایثار، صلح، امید و روحیه دادن، احترام)، شرافت شهروندی، وجدان،اطاعت، وفاداری و خودرشدی میباشد. تعهد سازمانی نیز شامل سه بعد عاطفی، هنجاری و مداوم می باشد. این تحقیق از لحاظ هدف از نوع تحقیق کاربردی بوده اما به لحاظ روش انجام کار از نوع تحقیق همبستگی است. اطلاعات و دادههای مورد نیاز تحقیق از طریق پرسشنامههای توزیع شده رفتار شهروندی سازمانی و تعهد سازمانی بدست آمده است، در تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از آزمون تی و ضریب همبستگی پیرسون استفاده شده است. عملیات آماری آن با استفاده از نرم افزار آماری SPSS19 انجام شده است. نتایج تحقیق حاضر نشان داد که بین رفتار شهروندی سازمانی و تعهد سازمانی رابطه معنی داری وجود دارد.
The main purpose of this study is to investigate organizational citizenship behavior and organizational commitment among the staff of Fard Azarbaijan Company in Uromia. The organizational citizenship behavior has 7 general levels as follows: ((Sportsmanship, Helping behavior (Altruism, Peacemaking, Cheerleading, Courtesy), Civic Virtue, Conscientiousness, Obedience, Loyalty and Self-Development)). The organizational commitment also includes affective commitment, normative commitment, and continuance commitment. This study is a practical research, but the method is of correlation type. The information and data were gathered by distributing questionnaires about organizational citizenship behaviors and organizational commitment. To analyze the data, we used T test and Pearson correlation coefficient. All the processes of data analysis were done with SPSS-19 software. The results of the research show that there is a meaningful relation between the organizational citizenship behaviors and organizational commitment.
