چکیده
این پژوهش به شناسایی ابعاد و مؤلفههای رهبری آموزشی مبتنی بر اثر ملکه سرخ با هدف ارائه مدلی مناسب برای مدارس پرداخته است. هدف اصلی این مطالعه، فهم عمیقتر از ارتباط بین سبکهای رهبری و کیفیت یادگیری در محیطهای آموزشی است.
برای انجام این تحقیق، از روش داده بنیاد استفاده شد که شامل جمعآوری دادهها از طریق مصاحبههای نیمهساختاریافته با معلمان، مدیران و دانشآموزان بود. نمونهگیری بهصورت هدفمند انجام شد و دادهها با استفاده از تحلیل محتوای کیفی مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. یافتهها نشان دادند که ابعاد کلیدی رهبری آموزشی شامل توانمندسازی معلمان، شفافیت در تصمیمگیری، و ایجاد فرهنگ همکاری هستند. همچنین، نتایج نشان داد که رهبری مؤثر میتواند به بهبود انگیزه و اعتماد به نفس معلمان و افزایش تعاملات مثبت بین معلمان و دانشآموزان منجر شود. نتیجهگیری این پژوهش بر اهمیت پیادهسازی استراتژیهای مناسب در رهبری آموزشی تأکید دارد و پیشنهاد میکند که مدارس باید به تقویت رهبری آموزشی خود بپردازند تا بتوانند محیطی مثبت و مؤثر برای یادگیری ایجاد کنند. همچنین، ارزیابی مستمر تأثیرات رهبری آموزشی بر نتایج یادگیری دانشآموزان ضروری است.این پژوهش به شناسایی ابعاد و مؤلفههای رهبری آموزشی مبتنی بر اثر ملکه سرخ با هدف ارائه مدلی مناسب برای مدارس پرداخته است. هدف اصلی این مطالعه، فهم عمیقتر از ارتباط بین سبکهای رهبری و کیفیت یادگیری در محیطهای آموزشی است.

Identifying the dimensions and components of educational leadership based on the Red Queen effect for guidelines for schools
Abstract
This study aims to identify the dimensions and components of educational leadership based on the Red Queen model with the aim of providing a suitable model for schools. The main objective of this study is to gain a deeper understanding of the relationship between leadership styles and the quality of learning in educational settings.
To conduct this research, a data-driven approach was used, which included collecting data through semi-structured interviews with teachers, principals, and students. Purposive sampling was used, and the data were analyzed using qualitative content analysis. The findings showed that the key dimensions of educational leadership include teacher empowerment, transparency in decision-making, and creating a culture of collaboration. The results also showed that effective leadership can improve teacher motivation and self-confidence and increase positive interactions between teachers and students. The conclusion of this study emphasizes the importance of implementing appropriate strategies in educational leadership and suggests that schools should strengthen their educational leadership in order to create a positive and effective learning environment. Also, continuous evaluation of the effects of educational leadership on student learning outcomes is essential.
