مطالعه اینرسی سازمانی با سایش اجتماعی از طریق تنبلی اجتماعی

چکیده مقاله :
زمینه و هدف: امروزه فعالیت سازمان ها و بویژه ساز مان های آموزشی در محیط رقابتی کنونی نیازمند پویایی و تحرک است و این سازمان ها برای بقا و پویایی خود باید به نوآوری و تغییرات مستمر روی آورند بنابراین هدف از این تحقیق، ارتباط بین اینرسی سازمانی با سایش اجتماعی از طریق تنبلی اجتماعی در معلمان تربیت بدنی شهرستان های ممسنی و رستم است.روش بررسی: این تحقیق کاربردی و از نوع توصیفی و همبستگی است. جامعه آماری این تحقیق، تمامی معلمان تربیت بدنی شهرستان های ممسنی و رستم به تعداد 87نفر بود، که از این تعداد 77 نفر به عنوان نمونه و به روش نمونه گیری کل شمار با محقق همکاری کردند.ابزار جمع آوری دادهها پرسشنامه های استاندارد اینرسی سازمانی گوکین و آنکاران(2008)، سایش اجتماعی دافی و همکاران(2002) و تنبلی اجتماعی حسینی(2008) بود. برای توصیف دادهها از روش های آمار توصیفی و برای تجزیه استنباطی دادهها از روشهای آماری ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون استفاده شد.یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که بین اینرسی سازمانی با سایش اجتماعی از طریق تنبلی اجتماعی رابطه ی مثبت و معناداری وجود داشت .نتیجه گیری:بنابراین بهتر است برای کاهش سایش و تنبلی اجتماعی از سعی شود اینرسی سازمانی را در این سازمان کاهش داد تا سازمان کارایی و اثربخشی بهتری داشته باشد.
Background and purpose: Today, the activity of organizations and especially educational organizations in the current competitive environment requires dynamism and dynamism, and these organizations must turn to innovation and continuous changes for their survival and dynamism. the purpose of this research is study of organizational inertia with social wear thorgh social laziness in physical education teachers in Mamsani and Rostam cities. Research method: This research is applied and descriptive and correlational. The statistical population of this research was all the physical education teachers of Mamsani and Rostam cities, numbering 87 people, of which 77 people cooperated with the researcher as a sample and by sampling the total number. The data collection tools were Gokin and Ankaran's standard organizational inertia questionnaires (2008), Duffy et al.'s social wear (2002) and Hosseini's social laziness (2008). Descriptive statistics methods were used to describe the data, and Pearson's correlation coefficient and regression statistical methods were used to analyze the data. Findings:The results showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between organizational inertia and social attrition and social laziness, and organizational inertia has the ability to significantly predict the social wear and social laziness of the subjects. Conclusion: Therefore, it is better to try to reduce organizational inertia in this organization in order to reduce wear and tear and social laziness, so that the organization has better efficiency and effectiveness.
