The concept of revolutionary social innovation includes a group of new strategies, concepts, ideas andorganizations that provide social needs. On the other hand, good governance plays a very effective role inimproving its indicators, because the understanding and awareness of the impact of the local managementprocess on rural spaces presents a different and diverse picture that the present research tried to explore theaspect of the social innovation discourse of the residents in the studied rural areas. check The research wasbased on the practical purpose and in terms of the possibility of controlling the variables, it was a quasiexperimental type of research, because due to the post-event nature of the research, it is not possible to controlthe variables completely. In this research, by studying the theoretical literature and past researches, thevariables and dimensions of the research were identified in 8 general dimensions. Participation, accountability, responsibility, central law, transparency, efficiency and effectiveness, justice and equality, and consensus, whoseinterpretation was considered in the whole discourse of transformative social innovation in the rural areas ofsouthern Lilan district. The results indicate that the most important criterion of participation and the leastimportant criterion of consensus play a role in explaining and predicting the dependent variable (discourse ofsocial transformational innovation). The research shows the attention and promotion of social innovationdiscourse indicators in the form of promotion and improvement of good governance criteria in the studied ruralareas.
