تأثیر سبک زندگی بر قانونگریزی شهروندان شهروندان شاغل در مراکز خدمات بهداشتی و درمانی شهرستان نور

چکیده مقاله :
مقدمه: مدیریت در سازمان و کشورها سبک زندگی شهروندان را به عنوان یک الزام قانونی تجویز میکند. تشویق و ترغیب شهروندان برای رفتار محترمانه با یکدیگر، هم در سطح فردی و هم در سطح سطح گروهی بسیار با اهمیت است. هدف از این تحقیق بررسی تاثیر سبک زندگی بر قانون گریزی شهروندان (شهرستان نور) انجام شده است.
روش پژوهش: روش تحقیق آمیخته و از نظر هدف توسعهای میباشد. جامعه آماری تحقیق 384 نفر از شهروندان شاغل در مراکز خدمات بهداشتی و درمانی شهرستان نور در نظر گرفته شده، جمع آوری دادهها از طریق پرسشنامههای محقق ساخته صورت پذیرفت و روایی و پایایی آزمون آلفای کرونباخ برای تعیین پایایی و همچنین آزمونGFI و همچنین برای آزمون فرضیههای تحقیق از نرم افزارpls استفاده شد.
یافتهها: نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که سبک زندگی از طریق مولفههای(عوامل فردی، سرمایه اقتصادی، پایگاه اقتصادی و اجتماعی، مصرف فرهنگی، عوامل اجتماعی) بر ابعاد قانون گریزی (عوامل سیاسی، عوامل قانونی، عوامل مديريتي، عوامل فرهنگي، عوامل اجتماعی، عوامل اقتصادي، عوامل ساختاري و بیرونی) تأثیرگذار میباشد.
نتیجهگیری: براساس نتایج پیشنهاد میشود که تنظیم سبک زندگی را به عنوان یک پدیده سیاسی یا اجتماعی توصیف شود تا بتواند تا حدی بر رفتار افراد تأثیر گذار باشد.
Introduction: Management in organizations and countries prescribes the lifestyle of citizens as a legal requirement. It is very important to encourage citizens to treat each other with respect, both at the individual level and at the group level. The purpose of this research is to study of the effect of lifestyle on the lawlessness of citizens (Noor city).
Methods: The research method is mixed and in terms of the purpose of development, the statistical population of the research is 384 citizens working in the health and treatment centers of Noor city, data collection was done through researcher-made questionnaires, and the validity and Reliability Cronbach's alpha test was used to determine the reliability, as well as the GFI test and also to test the research hypotheses, pls software was used.
Results: The results of the research showed that lifestyle through its components (individual factors, economic capital, economic and social base, cultural consumption, social factors) on the dimensions of lawlessness (political factors, legal factors, managerial factors, cultural factors, social factors), economic factors, structural and external factors) are influential.
Conclusion: Based on the results, it is suggested that lifestyle regulation be described as a political or social phenomenon in order to influence people's behavior to some extent.
