چکیده مقاله :
مقدمه: یکی از مهمترین عملکردهای مدیریتی و سیاست گذاری، در حوزه سلامت، اعتباربخشی بیمارستانی است که نقش به سزایی در افزایش اعتماد مردم به کیفیـت خدمات ارائهشده در این سازمانها دارد.روش پژوهش: پژوهش کیفی حاضر با توجه به هدف پژوهش در دسته تحقیقات کاربردی و از لحاظ طرح پژوهش جزو پژوهشهای مقطعی بود. در این پژوهش از فن دلفی برای ارائه مدل مناسب استفاده گردید. در نهایت مدل پیشنهادی با 4 محور و 26 حیطه و 106 استاندارد تعیین گردید. روایی و پایایی پرسشنامه نهایی مورد سنجش قرار گرفت. قابلیت اجرایی آن توسط بهترین صاحبنظران در بیمارستانهای دولتی استان کرمان مورد بررسی مقدماتی قرار گرفت.یافتهها: در این مطالعه مدل پیشنهادی مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. میانگین متغیر اعتباربخشی0/34±4/21 بود. اعتباربخشی و حیطههای آن و محورهای مربوط به هر حیطه در سطح قوی قرار گرفتند. برای رتبهبندی ابعاد متغیر اعتباربخشی از آزمون فریدمن استفاده شد. مؤلفه پیشگیری، بهداشت و سلامت اجتماعی با میانگین 2/78 بالاترین رتبه را داشت و مؤلفههای مراقبت و درمان، حقوقگیرنده خدمت و رهبری و مدیریت با میانگین 2/56، 2/44 و 2/23، به ترتیب در ردههای دوم، سوم و چهارم قرار داشتند. 87/20 درصد خبرگان اثربخشی الگو را تأیید کردند.نتیجهگیری: نتایج پژوهش موئد مناسب بودن مدل پیشنهادی و ارتباط قوی بین متغیرها و مؤلفههای آن بود. با توجه به اثبات اثربخشی الگوی پیشنهادی میتوان گفت ﻣﺪل ﺣﺎﺿﺮ میﺗﻮاﻧﺪ ﮔﺎم ارزﺷﻤﻨﺪی در ﺟﻬﺖ ﻛﺎرآﻣﺪی و اﺛﺮﺑﺨﺶﺗﺮ ﻧﻤﻮدن ﺳﻴﺴﺘﻢ اﻋﺘﺒﺎرﺑﺨﺸﻲ ﻛﺸﻮر و ﻣﺘﻌﺎﻗﺒﺎ ﺑﻬﺒﻮد ﻣﺴﺘﻤﺮ ﻛﻴﻔﻴﺖ خدمات در بیمارستانها بردارد.
Introduction: One of the most important management and policy-making functions in the health system is hospital accreditation, which plays an important role in increasing public confidence in the quality of services.Methods: The present research is qualitative, applied in terms of purpose and is part of cross-sectional research. In this study, Delphi technique was used to present a suitable model. Finally, the proposed model was determined with 4 axes, 26 areas and 106 standards. The validity and reliability of the questionnaire were assessed and its applicability was evaluated by the best experts in public hospitals in Kerman province.Results: In this study, the proposed model was evaluated. The mean of accreditation variable was 4.21±0.34. Accreditation and its domains and axes related to each domain were at a strong level. Friedman test was used to rank the dimensions of the validation variable. The component of "prevention, health and social health" had the highest rank with an average of 2.78 and the components of "care and treatment", "service recipient" and "leadership and management" with an average of 2.56, 2.44 and 2.23, they were in the second, third and fourth ranks, respectively. 87.20% of the experts confirmed the effectiveness of the model.Conclusion: The results of the study confirmed the appropriateness of the proposed model and the strong relationship between its variables and components. Considering the proof of the effectiveness of the proposed model, it can be said that it can take all the same value in providing and providing services and services in hospitals.
