چکیده مقاله :
مقدمه: با توجه به اهمیت خودمراقبتی، مطالعه حاضر به شناسایی ابعاد و مولفه‌های اطلاع‌رسانی خودمراقبتی به بیماران در نظام اطلاع‌رسانی پزشکی کشور می‌پردازد . روش پژوهش: روش این مطالعه با توجه به گزاره‌های تحقیق، از نوع توصیفی و کیفی است که در دو مرحله کتابخانه‌ای و اجرای روش دلفی فازی با مراجعه به10 نفر از خبرگان، پژوهشگران و صاحب‌نظران حوزه پزشکی و بهداشت در دانشگاه انجام شده است. یافته‌ها: پژوهشگر داده‌های به دست آمده را تحلیل و نتایج نهایی پژوهش خود را در قالب یک مدل اولیه ارائه نموده است و با توجه تحلیلی که از روش دلفی جهت تعیین ابعاد و مولفه‌ها برای اطلاع‌رسانی خودمراقبتی به بیماران در نظام اطلاع‌رسانی پزشکی کشور به اجرا در آمده ، از 112 شاخص اولیه 92 شاخص و از مولفه‌ها، تمامی مولفه‌های شناسایی شده در مرحله دلفی تایید گردید و در مجموع دو بعد اطلاع‌رسانی و مراقبان سلامت که بعد اطلاع‌رسانی شامل 4 مولفه و بعد مراقبان سلامت شامل 10 مولفه بود، مشخص گردید. نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به ابعاد و مولفه‌های بدست آمده با رویکرد دلفی فازی، این ابعاد و مولفه‌ها می‌تواند راهگشای متولیان و مسئولین حوزه سلامت کشور در راستای افزایش اطلاع‌رسانی خودمراقبتی به بیماران در نظام اطلاع‌رسانی پزشکی کشور باشد.
Introduction: Considering the importance of self-care the present study identifies the dimensions and components of self-care informing of patients in the medical information system of Iran. Methods: The method of this study is descriptive and qualitative according to propositions of the research, which was done in two phases of library and fuzzy Delphi methods by referring 10 researchers and medical experts and health in university. Results: final research results are presented in a model and considering that in this analysis, Delphi method for dimension determination and the components of self-care informing of patients in the medical information system of the country have been used, all the components identified in Delphi have been confirmed and. In total 2 aspects of informing (4 components) and health care providers (10 components), and 92 indicators from 112 initial indicators have been identified Conclusion: Considering the dimensions and components obtained from fuzzy Delphi method in this study, these dimensions and components can pave the way for health authorities to increase self-care informing of patients in the medical information system of the country.
