رابطه بین تفکر استراتژیک و عملکرد سازمانی مدیران میانی و ارشد سازمان بیمه سلامت ایران

چکیده مقاله :
مقدمه: متفکران استراتژیک به توسعه و ایجاد استراتژی کمک میکنند که میتواند به رهبران سازمانی امکان ایجاد ایدههایی را بدهد که بتوانند سازمان را به مزیت رقابتی پایدار برسانند. متفکران استراتژیک که استراتژی را اجرا میکنند احتمال بیشتری برای اجرای موفقیت آمیز استراتژی و بهبود عملکرد سازمانی دارند. مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی رابطه بین تفکر استراتژیک و عملکرد سازمانی مدیران میانی و ارشد سازمان بیمه سلامت ایران به انجام رسید. روش پژوهش: پژوهش حاضر، یک تحقیق توصیفی از نوع همبستگی می باشد. جامعه آماری این تحقیق، مدیران ارشد و میانی سازمان بیمه سلامت ایران با حجم نمونه 160 نفری بودند. ابزار مورد استفاده دو پرسشنامه تفکر استراتژیک و عملکرد سازمانی بود. برای تحلیل نتایج، پس از استخراج دادههای جمع آوری شده از پرسشنامه به کمک نرم افزار SPSS و از طریق آزمونهای همبستگی پیرسون و کندال و جداول فراوانی و نمودار پراکنش برای آمار توصیفی استفاده شد. یافتهها: بر اساس نتایج مدیران مورد مطالعه در تفکر استراتژیک و عملکرد سازمانی وضعیت خوبی را دارا شدند. همچنین رابطه معنی داری بین تفکر استراتژیک و عملکرد سازمانی و ابعاد 5 گانه تفکر استراتژیک با عملکرد سازمانی وجود داشت (0.05>P). نتیجهگیری: با توجه به نتایج ارتقاء بیشتر و تقویت این نوع تفکر در بین مدیران در ارتباط با دیدگاه کل نگر پیشنهاد می شود.
Introduction: Strategic thinkers contribute to the development and creation of strategy that can allow organizational leaders the opportunity to create ideas that give an organization a sustainable competitive advantage. Those strategic thinkers who execute strategy may have a greater likelihood of successful implementation of the strategy and organizational performance. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between strategic thinking and organizational performance of middle and senior managers of Iran Health Insurance Organization. Methods: This study is a descriptive-correlational study that has taken place among 160 senior and mid-level managers of Health Insurance Organization of Iran. Data gathering instrument was a valid and reliable questionnaire that was consists of three parts: demographic information, strategic thinking and organizational performance questionnaires. Collected data were analyzed by using SPSS software and Pearson and Kendall correlations test. Results: According to the results of the study, strategic thinking and organizational performance have a good score. There was also a significant relationship between strategic thinking and organizational performance and the five dimensions of strategic thinking with organizational performance (P<0.05). Conclusion: according to results further promotion and strengthening of this type of thinking among managers in relation to Holger's perspective is suggested.
