چکیده مقاله :
این پژوهش با هدف بررسی راهکارهای توسعه کیفی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد لامرد با تأکید بر سطح آگاهی اعضای هیئت علمی در مورد مؤلفه های اساسی برنامهریزی و ارائه پیشنهادهایی بمنظور توسعه کیفی دانشگاه اجرا شده است. در این راستا، سطح آگاهی نسبت به عناصر مطرح در برنامهریزی درسی شامل نیاز سنجی، شیوه های انتخاب اهداف آموزشی، شیوه های انتخاب محتوا، شیوه های سازماندهی محتوا، شیوه های ارائه محتوا، شیوه های تنظیم زمان، بهرهگیری از فناوری در تدریس و شیوه های ارزشیابی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت؛ تا نقاط قوت و ضعف مشاهده شده، جهت استفاده اعضای هیئت علمی در تدوین برنامه درسی مورد استفاده قرار گیرد. این پژوهش از نوع زمینهای است و جامعه آماری آن را اعضای هیئت علمی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد لامرد تشکیل میدهد که تعداد آنها 39 نفر است. در این پژوهش به روش سرشماری، کل جامعه مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. ابزار گردآوری دادهها پرسش نامه محقق ساخته بر اساس طیف لیکرت بوده است که روایی آن بر اساس نظرخواهی از متخصصان محرز گردید و پایایی آن برابر 0.92 بدست آمد. تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS در دو سطح آمار توصیفی (جدول توزیع فراوانی و درصد فراوانی، نمودار درصد فراوانی، میانگین، میانه، مد و چولگی) و آمار استنباطی (آزمون خی دو) صورت گرفت. یافتههای پژوهش نشان دادند که سطح آگاهی اعضای هیئت علمی از مؤلفه های نیازسنجی، انتخاب محتوا، شیوه ارائه محتوا، شیوه های تنظیم زمان و شیوه های ارزشیابی در سطح «زیاد» و در مؤلفه های انتخاب اهداف، شیوه های سازماندهی محتوا و بهرهگیری از فناوری آموزشی در سطح «متوسط» می باشند.
چکیده انگلیسی:
The study was conducted to work out solutions for qualitative development of Islamic Azad university of Lamerd branch with an emphasis on the amount of faculty members’ awareness of curriculum development criteria and to offer suggestions for qualitative development in university. To achieve this aim, the awareness degree of factors used in curriculum like needs analysis, methods of choosing pedagogical objectives and content selection, organization, presentation and time adjustment as well as using of technology in teaching and evaluation procedures were investigated to take advantage of both its merits and demerits in curriculum development for faculty members. The study was a field study .The participants were all 39 faculty members of Azad University. Data was collected through a researcher-made questionnaire whose validity was established seeking the experts’ inspection. The data were analyzed using SPSS software in two levels: Descriptive Statistics (frequency, percent, bar chart, mean, median, mode, and skewness) and Inferential Statistics (Chi-Square test). The results showed that faculty members’ degree of awareness of needs analysis, content selection and presentation, time adjustment methods, and evaluation procedures was “much”, and as regards objectives selection, content organization methods, and using technology in teaching it was “average”.
