اثر سولفات بر رنگیزههای فتوسنتزی و فعالیت آنزیمهای آنتیاکسیدانی کاتالاز، پراکسیداز و نیترات ردوکتاز در دو بخش هوایی و زیرزمینی گیاه کلزا رقم هایولا

چکیده مقاله :
در پژوهش حاضر تاثیر مقادیر مختلف سولفات آمونیوم شامل 0، 50،100،150، 200 کیلوگرم برهکتار در کشت مزرعهای گیاه کلزا رقم هایولا 401 بررسی و میزان رنگیزههای کلروفیل a و b، کاروتن و گزانتوفیل، فعالیت آنزیمهای پراکسیداز، کاتالاز و نیترات ردوکتاز در اندامهای هوایی و زیرزمینی اندازهگیری شدند. نتایج نشان داد که با افزایش میزان سولفات آمونیوم، رنگیزههای فتوسنتزی شامل کلروفیل a و b، کاروتن و گزانتوفیل در برگهای کلزا افزایش معنیداری یافت. در ریشه و برگ فعالیت آنزیم پراکسیداز و نیترات ردوکتاز، با افزایش میزان سولفات روند صعودی را در مقایسه با شاهد را نشان داد، در حالی که فعالیت آنزیم کاتالاز تحت تاثیر مقادیر مختلف سولفات قرار نگرفت.
In this research, the effect of different amounts of ammonium sulphate as sulphate fertilizer in 0, 50, 100, 150, 200 Kg/ha under farm conditions on amount of chlorophyll a, b, carotene and xanthophyll and enzymes activity of catalase, peroxidase and nitrate reductase were evaluated. The results showed that increasing of ammounium sulphate content were ncreased amount of chl a, b, carotene and xanthophyll in leaf of canola significantly. Peroxidase and nitrate reductase activities in root of treated plants increased with increasing of sulphate in soil, while the activity of catalase in two parts of canola (root and leaf) did not have any significantly changes at different contents of sulfur in soils.
