Abstract :
Purpose: The main purpose of the present study is to investigate the current situation of underlying components in the supervisory role of educational administrators for primary school and then to describe and analyze the dimensions of its components and indicators.Method: This study was mixed in terms of the nature of the data and was organized into two parts: qualitative and quantitative. In the qualitative method, interviews were conducted with 22 experts in the field of educational management as participants, to the extent of theoretical saturation. Two-step coding method was used to extract the results of the interviews. The statistical population in a small part included prominent primary school principals in Tehran who managed primary schools in the academic year (1401-1400). In the analysis of quantitative data, statistical methods have been used to validate the underlying characteristics of educational supervision (obtained from the first step) using Gronbach's alpha methods, CVR coefficient calculation and confirmatory heuristic factor analysis.Findings: The research findings identified five general dimensions of "physical factors", "social factors", "economic factors", "political factors", and "cultural factors" in the supervisory role of educational administrators. The quantitative findings of the research showed that in the component of "cultural and political factors", the average of the experimental score is significantly higher than the theoretical average.Conclusion: according to the managers, the goal setting of cultural and political education, the current system is in good condition, but the level of attention and implementation of social, economic, .
