چکیده مقاله :
مقدمه : افسران پلیس دانشکدههای نظامی با چالشهایی همچون فشار روانی و بار کاری بالا مواجهاند که زمینهساز کاهش اثربخشی حرفهای آنان میشود. هدف این پژوهش، تدوین مدل جامعه شناختی اثربخشی سازمانی افسران پلیس عراق با رویکرد فعالیتبدنی بود.
روش : پژوهش با رویکرد کیفی و روش تحلیل تماتیک براون و کلارک انجام شد. جامعه آماری شامل افسران دانشکدههای پلیس عراق بود که از میان آنان 22 نفر به شیوه هدفمند و تا اشباع نظری انتخاب شدند. دادهها از طریق مصاحبههای نیمهساختاریافته گردآوری و با روش تحلیل مضمون، کدگذاری و طبقهبندی گردید.
یافته : یافتههای پژوهش در قالب هفت تم نهایی شامل«نقش فعالیت بدنی در کیفیت شغلی»، «تجربه فرسودگی شغلی»، «موانع فردی و سازمانی»، «اثربخشی شغلی و ادراک فردی»، «راهبردهای مقابلهای»، «ادراک افسران از سلامت»، «تأثیر محیط سازمانی و فرهنگی»، «رابطه بین تجربه و استقامت روانی»، «نگرش به بازنشستگی و آینده شغلی»، «نقش خانواده و روابط اجتماعی» و «پیشنهادها و انتظارات از سازمان» طبقهبندی شدند. نتایج نشان دادند که فعالیت بدنی، علاوه بر آثار جسمی، نقش مهمی در کنترل هیجانات، تمرکز و افزایش انگیزه افسران دارد. همچنین، فرسودگی شغلی ناشی از فشارهای کاری، کمبود منابع و عدم حمایت سازمانی، اثرات منفی بر عملکرد حرفهای افسران دارد. در پاسخ به این شرایط، افسران از راهبردهای مقابلهای متنوعی از جمله فعالیتبدنی، حمایت خانوادگی و مکانیسمهای ذهنی بهره گرفتهاند.
بحث و نتیجه گیری: این پژوهش با طراحی مدل مفهومی، چارچوبی نظری برای درک بهتر عوامل مؤثر بر اثربخشی شغلی افسران در محیطهای پرتنش فراهم میآورد و میتواند مبنای سیاستگذاریهای اصلاحی در نهادهای نظامی باشد.

Introduction: This study explores the multifaceted challenges faced by police officers in military colleges in Iraq, particularly focusing on the psychological stress and high workloads that detract from their professional effectiveness. The primary objective was to develop a sociological model that integrates the role of physical activity within the framework of organizational effectiveness among Iraqi police officers.
Methods: Using a qualitative methodology, the research employed Brown and Clark's thematic analysis to gather comprehensive insights from 22 purposively selected officers until theoretical saturation was achieved. Data collection involved semi-structured interviews, which were subsequently coded and analyzed thematically.
Results: The findings revealed a rich tapestry of interconnected themes, highlighting significant connections between physical activity and job quality, experiences of burnout, individual and organizational barriers, and perceptions of health and effectiveness. Notably, the study identified how physical activity serves not only as a means to enhance physical health but also as a critical strategy for emotional regulation and motivation. Conversely, the negative impacts of burnout—stemming from work pressures, resource scarcity, and insufficient organizational support—were prominently linked to diminished job performance. Officers employed various coping mechanisms, including physical activity, family support, and psychological strategies to mitigate the adverse effects of these stressors.
Conclusion: In conclusion, this research presents a conceptual model that elucidates the factors influencing the effectiveness of police officers in demanding environments. This framework has the potential to inform reform policies within military institutions, fostering a healthier and more effective organizational culture.
